BulkPicTools is a browser-based batch image processing service that performs all operations locally on the user's device rather than uploading files to a server. It supports common formats including JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, GIF, and SVG, and allows users to drop in individual files, folders, or ZIP archives for processing in batches of up to 200 or more images at once.

The platform offers 63 tools covering functions such as compression, format conversion, cropping, resizing, rotation, watermarking, EXIF editing, brightness adjustment, grayscale conversion, and some AI-based image editing. A notable feature is tool chaining, which lets users apply multiple operations in sequence (for example, converting HEIC to JPG, then compressing, then cropping) within a single session without downloading and re-uploading files between steps, with results exportable as a ZIP archive at the end.

The service is aimed at users who need to process many images at once for practical tasks like preparing ID or passport photos, converting iPhone HEIC photos for cross-platform compatibility, formatting e-commerce product photos, or generating app icons in multiple sizes. Processing is done using Canvas and WebWorkers in the browser, so it can work offline, and the site is offered free of charge.
