Lessons are structured around a five-star rating system per lesson, with a hand posture guide, voice-over word readout, and playback of past typing performances. It is free for individuals and schools, with an optional paid school edition and an individual premium edition also available.

The product includes multiple lesson plans beyond standard QWERTY typing, including Dvorak keyboard lessons, a Jungle Junior plan for young learners, and left-hand/right-hand focused lessons. It also offers an animated story typing series (including "Going Solo," "Ava & the Rabbit," and "Perfect Match") and language-specific lesson series in Spanish, French, and German, among others listed in a lesson plan catalog.
