Scopebird is an AI-assisted product scoping tool aimed at agencies and freelancers. It generates project scopes by breaking work into problem statements, user stories, feature breakdowns, task-level decomposition, estimations, and tickets, and can take a business requirements document (PDF, Word, or Excel, up to 5MB) as input to produce a summary, problem statement, key features, and user flow. It also tracks in-scope versus out-of-scope items to help identify and bill for scope creep during a project.

The product is intended for agencies, freelancers, and technical product managers who write project scopes for client work, positioned as an alternative to hiring a dedicated technical product manager or fractional CTO. It offers a one-time per-scope purchase for single contracts, a monthly agency subscription for unlimited scopes with multiple team members' hourly rates, and an enterprise tier that adds collaborative document signing and priority support. During the current beta, Scopebird also assists customers with setting up integrations with tools such as Jira, Asana, and ClickUp.
