About FeedLog

FeedLog is an open-source feedback management tool that lets teams collect user feedback, manage feature requests, share product roadmaps, and publish changelogs. It includes AI features for automatically detecting and grouping similar feedback requests and for generating changelog entries from completed tickets. The tool can be embedded into a product through a widget that works with React, Vue, Svelte, or plain HTML sites.

The product can be self-hosted on a team's own infrastructure using Docker, Vercel, or Cloudflare Workers, with data stored in a PostgreSQL database (with the pgvector extension required for AI features) and blob storage such as R2, Vercel Blob, or S3-compatible services. It is released under the MIT license, allowing data export and code modification. A hosted version, FeedLog Cloud, is also available for users who do not want to manage their own deployment.

FeedLog is intended for SaaS teams, startups, indie hackers, and open-source projects that want to build a feedback loop with their users. The AI features are optional and require an OpenAI API key; the core feedback board, voting, and roadmap functionality work without it.
