Feedframer is an API service that provides access to Instagram content without requiring developers to manage OAuth or token refresh themselves. Users connect an Instagram account once, and the service handles token expiry and renewal, issuing an API key for subsequent access. Data can be retrieved through a REST API, a GraphQL API, or generated RSS feeds, with results available filtered, sorted, and paginated.

The REST and GraphQL APIs return structured Instagram data, including account details such as username and follower count, and post-level data such as captions, media type, like counts, comment counts, and image URLs at multiple sizes. The RSS feed output is described as compatible with email platforms including Mailchimp and Klaviyo, for including recent Instagram posts in newsletters.

The service is aimed at two groups: developers building applications that consume Instagram data via REST or GraphQL, and email marketers who want Instagram content included in automated email campaigns. A free tier is available without a credit card, limited to 6 posts per account with unlimited API calls; a premium tier at $6/month adds unlimited posts and hourly updates.
