Servervana is a website performance and uptime monitoring service. It tracks site speed, server health, and Core Web Vitals, and monitors uptime, SSL certificates, and API endpoints to identify sporadic or periodic performance degradation and outages.

The service provides live dashboards for each monitored page and collects historical performance data to help diagnose issues, including inspecting site loading behavior around the time an incident was reported. It uses proprietary DNS resolvers and page speed testing systems running on calibrated servers, aimed at measurement accuracy.

An alert policy system routes and escalates issues to specific team members via email, Slack, or custom webhooks, with configurable issue-opening and issue-closing notifications, smart grouping and throttling of emails, and support for multiple Slack integrations. Custom webhooks can trigger automated recovery actions, such as restarting a service, when issues open or close.
