Serpent API is a search engine results (SERP) API that returns data from Google, Bing, Yahoo, and DuckDuckGo through a single JSON-based endpoint. It provides organic listings, AI Overviews, People Also Ask, related searches, featured snippets, ads, shopping, and video results, and supports an optional pixel_position parameter that returns pixel-level coordinates for each result element across all four engines. The platform also offers AI mention tracking that monitors brand citations across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity with visibility scoring, a Google Maps business data endpoint, and social media scraping for YouTube search/analytics, Instagram profiles, and LinkedIn company, job, and profile data.

Access is via an API key generated after signing up with a Google account, with requests made through a REST endpoint using an X-API-Key header. Pricing is pay-as-you-go with three tiers: a default tier with no minimum deposit, a "Growth" tier requiring a $100 deposit for reduced rates, and a "Scale" tier requiring a $500 deposit for the lowest rates, with separate per-unit pricing for web, news, image, and video search. New accounts receive 10 free Google SERP searches without requiring a credit card, and failed searches due to server errors are automatically refunded.
