Luthor is an enterprise marketing compliance platform that automatically reviews marketing and communications content against regulations and internal policies before publication. It ingests text, images, video, audio, SMS, social media posts, and URLs, and checks them against a policy library covering legal compliance, fact-checking, brand alignment, and data privacy. The platform flags issues such as unsupported claims, missing disclosures, off-brand language, and exposed PII, PHI, PCI data, or other regulated information, and provides suggested corrections such as auto-rewrites, redaction, or added disclosures.

The product targets consumer-regulated and financial industries, including asset managers, RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, credit unions, mortgage and consumer lenders, and industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, alcohol, and tobacco. It applies rules tied to regulatory frameworks including FTC, FINRA, FCA, UDAAP, and GDPR.
