About Chord

Chord is an AI trading desk and non-custodial trading API covering tokens, tokenized stocks, perpetuals, and liquidity pools. Users can ask questions in plain language about prices, volume, holders, top wallets, liquidity, and macro events, with answers drawn from an index of on-chain swaps, order books, and news, presented as tables and charts. Trades execute through the user's own wallet, with each swap routed across every venue on the supported chain. Supported functions include token and tokenized stock trading with price and volume data, Hyperliquid perpetuals, and liquidity pool rankings by fees per dollar of liquidity.

The product supports Ethereum, Arbitrum One, Base, BNB Chain, Avalanche C-Chain, Monad, Arc, Robinhood Chain, and Solana. Chord does not hold funds or private keys; every trade is a transaction signed by the user's own wallet.

For developers and AI agents, Chord provides a REST API for quotes, unsigned swap transactions, boards, candles, wallet PnL, holders, and liquidity data across networks, with unauthenticated reads limited to 60 requests per minute. It also offers a hosted MCP server exposing market data, quotes, and unsigned swap transactions as tools, an agent skill for Claude Code, Codex, and similar agents, and documentation in llms.txt and llms-full.txt formats. The app is free to use, with Pro and Max tiers adding credits; the API offers a free key and paid plans.
