ACTVT is a native macOS app for Apple Silicon that monitors AI coding agent sessions alongside Mac hardware performance. It displays Claude Code and Codex CLI token usage, estimated spend, and tool activity together with live CPU, GPU, memory, network, and port metrics in a single interface. The app reads session files that these CLIs already write, requiring no additional configuration, and includes a built-in MCP server so agents can query system metrics, port activity, and their own session history directly.

The app supports notifications for events such as a session waiting for input, completion, errors, and cost thresholds, with agents able to supply custom notification text via an agent_notify tool. Remote Sessions lets users follow Claude Code and Codex CLI sessions running on other Macs or headless Linux servers over SSH, with Tailscale peers auto-discovered and key-based authentication required. Data processing, including PII detection, happens on-device, and Remote Sessions connects over plain SSH without a cloud intermediary. The interface is localized in English, French, and German, with light and dark themes.

ACTVT requires macOS 15.5 or later on Apple Silicon; the companion CLI for Remote Sessions also runs on Linux (arm64 and x86_64). It is offered in three tiers: a free tier with real-time monitoring, port monitoring, and 72 hours of agent session history; a one-time $9.99 Basic tier adding Remote Sessions and 30 days of history; and a Premium subscription at $7.99/month billed annually (or $14.99/month billed monthly) adding unlimited history, a spend dashboard, and Claude/Codex plan usage meters with session, weekly, and monthly limits and reset countdowns.
